our staffing requirements

Our lead teachers are required to have one of the following:

• Child Development Associate Credential (CDA)

• Early Childhood Education Associate Degree

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education

In addition, our staff is continuously learning throughout the year by accumulating a minimum of 20 training hours per year. All staff is certified in CPR, First Aid and Universal Precautions annually. Our staff is also educated in Safe Sleep Practices as well as CDC guidelines for breastmilk and formula.
